Golden Helix Symposia® revenue stems primarily from symposia registration fees, industry and foundation support, and government grants. Revenues from symposia registration fees cover all operational expenses. Government conference grants as well as some grants from private foundations provide scholarships for graduate students, postdoctoral fellows and scientists from developing and under-developed countries. Donations from industry provide the means to subsidize speaker expenses. This valued support has boosted our efforts to establish the Golden Helix Symposia® as a key international event for scientific excellence in the region.
